We currently do not offer shipping services. Customers must pick up their item(s) within three days from the purchase date. For example, if an item is purchased on Saturday it must be picked up on Tuesday. Purchased items that remain in-store after three days will be refunded and returned to inventory with a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is assessed as a way to offset the cost associated with storage and rehandling. Thank you for your understanding. 

All sales are final with the exception of appliances because we are unable to test all of them to their fullest extent. If an appliance is non-functional within fourteen days from the purchase date, then it is eligible for return. The general condition and sizing of the material are not valid reasons for return, so please measure twice. If you have any concerns about the condition of the material, we strongly recommend viewing the item in person before purchasing. 

We do our best to accurately display the colors of the products shown on this website. However, the colors of products differ depending on lighting, photo angle, and the device you’re viewing it on, so we cannot guarantee that any color will be accurate. Color inaccuracy is not a valid reason for return, as you have the option to view in-store before purchasing.
